Shipping policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the shipping policy of The Collective Style Label Pte Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). We are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. We work with established logistics partners to fulfil orders efficiently to customers in Singapore and worldwide.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8 Singapore Time) will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Peak Periods: During high-volume periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates

To offer you the widest selection of styles, we fulfil orders from our network of international distribution centres. Please note that all orders are shipped internationally, including those delivering to Singapore.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Singapore: 8 – 15 business days
  • USA, UK, Australia, Canada: 10 – 20 business days
  • Rest of World: 12 – 25 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Timelines can vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, restricted military zones, or countries subject to trade embargoes.

  • Unserviced Locations: If we are unable to ship to your location due to courier restrictions, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for your order.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package.

  • Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions for orders exceeding specific value thresholds, which will be clearly displayed at the top of our site or at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey via our carrier's website.

7. Duties, Taxes & Customs

Since our products are shipped from international distribution centres, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: The Collective Style Label Pte Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Clearance: Delays caused by customs clearance processes are beyond our control.

8. Unclaimed Packages & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including unit number and postal code).

  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

9. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are here to help. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thecollectivestylelabel.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.
